W skrócie
- Nie zbieramy danych osobowych dziecka: imion, zdjęć, nagrań, dokładnej lokalizacji. Jedyną daną osobową jest e-mail rodzica – tylko jeśli rodzic sam założy konto.
- Nie ma reklam, nie ma śledzenia między stronami i nie ma narzędzi firm trzecich (np. Google Analytics, Facebook).
- Zbieramy tylko anonimowe statystyki użycia, które rodzic może wyłączyć w panelu rodzica.

Co zapisujemy na urządzeniu
Postępy w grach, naklejki, ustawienia rodzica i dźwięku są zapisywane tylko w pamięci przeglądarki (localStorage) na tym urządzeniu. Nie wysyłamy ich do nas. Bez konta nie używamy ciasteczek; po zalogowaniu jedno niezbędne ciasteczko utrzymuje sesję.
Anonimowe statystyki
Żeby wiedzieć, które gry się podobają, a które trzeba poprawić, zbieramy:
- losowy identyfikator urządzenia utworzony przez stronę (niepowiązany z urządzeniem ani osobą) i identyfikator sesji,
- które gry są otwierane, jak długo trwa aktywna zabawa i które poziomy, bajki lub piosenki zostały ukończone,
- ustawienia z panelu rodzica (np. czy włączony jest limit czasu),
- język, ogólny typ urządzenia (telefon, tablet, komputer), czy strona jest zainstalowana jako aplikacja, wersję strony,
- kraj ustalany przez Cloudflare na podstawie połączenia (sam adres IP nie jest zapisywany),
- skąd nastąpiło wejście: domena strony odsyłającej i oznaczenie kampanii z linku (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content); z identyfikatorów kliknięcia reklamy (gclid, fbclid) zapisujemy tylko to, że wejście było z Google lub Facebooka, nie sam identyfikator; czy na tym urządzeniu rodzic się zalogował lub otworzył „postaw kawę” (bez e-maila).
Dane służą wyłącznie do ulepszania gier. Nie łączymy ich z innymi danymi, nie profilujemy, nie sprzedajemy i nie udostępniamy. Podstawą jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) – rozwój i poprawa usługi.
Konto rodzica (opcjonalne)
Konto nie jest potrzebne do zabawy. Jeśli rodzic się zaloguje (kodem z e-maila albo przez Google), zapisujemy: adres e-mail rodzica, przy logowaniu Google – identyfikator konta Google, zapis postępów w grach, naklejki, ustawienia rodzica i dźwięku oraz liczbę sekund zabawy dziennie na każdym urządzeniu (do wspólnego limitu czasu). Służy to wyłącznie synchronizacji między urządzeniami i przypisaniu dostępu do pełnej wersji. Podstawa: wykonanie usługi, o którą prosi rodzic (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Dane konta przechowujemy do jego usunięcia – w panelu rodzica: „Usuń konto”. E-mail z kodem logowania wysyłamy przez Cloudflare.
Lista „Powiadom mnie” i wiadomości od rodziców
Jeśli zapiszesz się na powiadomienie o pełnej wersji, zapisujemy Twój e-mail i datę – wyłącznie po to, żeby raz dać znać o starcie (podstawa: zgoda, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO; wypisanie: napisz na adres powyżej). Wiadomości wysłane z formularza „Pomysł, prośba albo problem?” przechowujemy razem z podanym e-mailem (jeśli go podasz), żeby móc odpowiedzieć i poprawiać gry.
Jak długo
Statystyki są automatycznie usuwane po 13 miesiącach, dane konta – po jego usunięciu.
Jak wyłączyć i usunąć dane
W panelu rodzica (🔒 „Czas i gry” na stronie głównej) w sekcji „Prywatność” wybierz „Wył.”. Statystyki z tego urządzenia zostaną od razu usunięte, a nowe nie będą zbierane. Możesz też napisać na adres powyżej.
Gdzie są dane
Strona i statystyki działają na infrastrukturze Cloudflare (podmiot przetwarzający); baza statystyk znajduje się w Europie.
Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do dostępu do danych, ich usunięcia, sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Zmiany
O istotnych zmianach (np. kontach rodziców lub płatnościach) poinformujemy na tej stronie przed ich wprowadzeniem.

In short
- We do not collect children’s personal data: no names, photos, recordings or precise location. The only personal data is a parent’s e-mail – only if the parent creates an account.
- No ads, no cross-site tracking, no third-party tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook).
- We only collect anonymous usage statistics, which a parent can switch off in the parent panel.

What is stored on the device
Game progress, stickers, parent and sound settings are stored only in the browser (localStorage) on this device and are not sent to us. Without an account we use no cookies; when signed in, one essential cookie keeps the session.
Anonymous statistics
To learn which games children enjoy and which need improving, we collect:
- a random device id created by the site (not linked to the device or a person) and a session id,
- which games are opened, how long active play lasts and which levels, tales or songs are completed,
- parent panel settings (e.g. whether a time limit is on),
- language, general device type (phone, tablet, computer), whether the site is installed as an app, site version,
- country, determined by Cloudflare from the connection (the IP address itself is not stored),
- where the visit came from: the referring site’s domain and the campaign tags of the link (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content); of ad click ids (gclid, fbclid) we only keep that the visit came from Google or Facebook, not the id itself; whether a parent signed in or opened “buy us a coffee” on this device (no e-mail).
The data is used only to improve the games. We do not combine it with other data, profile, sell or share it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in developing and improving the service.
Parent account (optional)
An account is not needed to play. If a parent signs in (with an e-mail code or Google), we store: the parent’s e-mail address, for Google sign-in the Google account id, game progress, stickers, parent and sound settings, and the seconds played per day on each device (for the shared time limit). This is used only to sync between devices and to assign access to the full version. Legal basis: performing the service the parent asks for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Account data is kept until the account is deleted – in the parent panel: “Delete account”. Sign-in e-mails are sent via Cloudflare.
“Notify me” list and messages from parents
If you sign up to be notified about the full version, we store your e-mail and the date – only to tell you once when it launches (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; to unsubscribe, write to the address above). Messages sent with the “An idea, a wish or a problem?” form are stored with the e-mail you give (if any), so we can reply and improve the games.
Retention
Statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months, account data when the account is deleted.
Switching off and deleting data
In the parent panel (🔒 “Time & games” on the home page), under “Privacy”, choose “Off”. Statistics from this device are deleted immediately and no new ones are collected. You can also write to the address above.
Where the data is
The site and statistics run on Cloudflare infrastructure (processor); the statistics database is located in Europe.
Your rights
You have the right to access and delete the data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: uodo.gov.pl).
Changes
We will announce significant changes (e.g. parent accounts or payments) on this page before they take effect.
